Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Pet grooming tools (if used)
- Pet beds, blankets, or clothing (if used or washed)
- Food, treats, or supplements
- Customized or personalized products
💸 Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
